What a group session looks like.
No art skills or supplies needed.
Held in a beautiful art gallery, you can take the time to take in the inspiration while sipping on tea that will be provided while soft music plays in the background to create a calming and creative environment.
We will start each session with a nervous system check in, noticing how your body feels in the moment, where you might be holding tension, what might need to be released. Through creative expression, participants are guided toward calm, regulation, and emotional wellness.
We will close by noticing any shifts in the body, emotions, perspective or nervous system.
This is not about making perfect art. It is about slowing down, regulating your nervous system, expressing emotions safety and reconnecting with yourself through creativity.
