Liza Young

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi.

For nearly 15 years I have integrated various therapies specific to my client’s needs; some of which are trauma focused, mindfulness, family therapy, and emotional regulation. My desire is to see each client find their unshakable peace and healing for any circumstance.
