A guided creative emotional wellness group led by a Licensed Professional Counselor, Liza Young, blending acrylic painting, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and stress reduction support to inspire creativity and bring calm to the mind and body.
Fee: $27 per session
Dates: June 16th, June 23rd, July 7th, July 14th, July 21st & July 28th - This is a 6-Week creative therapeutic journey!
Time: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Group sessions require a minimum of 5 registrations. If minimum enrollment is not met, participants will receive a full refund and be offered an alternative session date and time.
