About the event
A guided creative emotional wellness group led by a Licensed Professional Counselor, Liza Young, blending acrylic painting, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and stress reduction support to inspire creativity and bring calm to the mind and body.
Fee: $27 per session
Dates: June 15th, June 22nd, July 6th, July 13th, July 20th & July 27th - This is a 6-Week creative therapeutic journey!
Time: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
This group time is set aside for Women Only. See other times for mixed grouping.
Group sessions require a minimum of 5 registrations. If minimum enrollment is not met, participants will receive a full refund and be offered an alternative session date and time.
